Fresh Live Sea Clams

These live sea clams, also known as baby mussels, are freshly harvested from coastal waters. They feature thin shells and plump tender meat with natural rich ocean umami flavor. Most shells stay intact with good vitality and relatively low impurities.

Ideal for quick cook recipes such as stir-frying, spicy stew and scallion oil cooking, ready to serve after short high-heat cooking, making them great home-style seafood for meals and drinking snacks.

Handling: Cook as soon as possible upon receiving. For short-term storage, keep in a cool ventilated place or refrigerate at 0C. Long-time freezing is not recommended to prevent meat dehydration. Fully soak and clean before cooking to remove sand and grit. Natural variations on shell size and color exist for wild-caught shellfish, which are normal and will not affect eating quality.
